Design
news (commercial):
We have received the approval from the City of
Frisco for our preliminary plat and civil engineering design for
McKinney Law Circle, a five building office
complex in Frisco, Texas.
The project encompasses about 4.4 acres of land. It is located at the
southeast corner of McKinney
Road
and Dr. Pink Road.
The approximate total rentable office space square footage was reduced to
40,000 square feet to meet the City of
Frisco
design preferences. We are working on the architectural and structural
engineering design of the project. The design and construction of the office
complex will be upscale and entail a circular drive serving all five
buildings.

The center contains approximately 5,412 square feet of total retail space.
Each store has approximately 1,200 to 1,400 square feet of lease space. The
shopping center is located at the northwest corner of State Highway 360 and Mayfield Road at 2989 S. Highway 360 in Grand Prairie,
Texas. It is adjacent to an existing Starbuck’s
coffee shop and a Sonic restaurant. We anticipate completion of the
construction of this project by the end of the year. We have begun
advertising for pre-leasing the individual retail stores.
