Design news (commercial):

We have begun the plat and the design for McKinney Law Circle, a five building office complex in Frisco, Texas. The area of this office complex contains about 4.4 acres of land. It is located at the southeast corner of McKinney Road and Dr. Pink Road close to the current location of the City of Frisco Police Department. Each building consists of a two-story design entailing approximately 9,000 square feet of rentable space for an approximate total of 45,000 square feet of rentable office space for the whole complex. The design of the office complex will be upscale and entail a circular drive serving all five buildings.

 General Contractor news (commercial):

Our Mineral Springs retail shopping center project in Arlington, Texas, is close to completion. The storefront and landscaping is scheduled to be installed in May. We anticipate to finish construction and to receive the final inspection permit in June. At that time we can turn over the new shell shopping center to the owners for the finish out to be completed.

 Design-Build-Invest news (residential):

 The last phase of our 19 unit Medlin Town Homes project in Arlington, Texas, which we designed, financed, built, and owned as an investment sold this month to a real estate investment and management company. Construction was completed in early January of 2006.

 Design news (residential):

We have begun the plat and the design for 12 cluster homes on a 2.8 acres site in El Dorado Hills, California, close to the intersection of U.S. Highway 50 and El Dorado Hills Boulevard. About 30% of the site will be reserved for a recreational park area. We plan to design upscale cluster homes to exceed the standards and expectations in the greater Sacramento, California, area.
