 International News:

We have extended an invitation to a Russian delegation of JSC Kurganstalmost to come to Texas to further our affiliation agreement entered into last year. We expect the delegation to come visit us in April of this year. We plan on discussing cooperation in the areas of engineering, design, and manufacturing of steel structures and steel products in Russia and internationally. We plan on visiting steel factories and to discuss our own design of a steel cable suspension bridge with movable panels.

Design news (commercial):

We have received the contract to undertake the remodeling design of Greater Mars Hill Baptist Church in Fort Worth, Texas. We expect to finish our design work in April of 2007. Our design work is mainly concentrated on the structural elements such as the foundation, load bearing masonry walls, and roof design, as well as architectural design such as elevations, floor plan, and site plan.

 Design and Construction Management Consulting news (commercial):

 The Airport Center project has begun. This project consists of the partial demolition of an existing former Wal-Mart Center and the redesign/rehabilitation of the building as a completely remodeled retail complex. We are serving as the designers as well as the construction management consultant for the owner of the project. Airport Center is located at 555 West Airport Freeway, Irving, Texas, 75062. It is just north of Airport Freeway (S.H. 183) and it is neighboring The Shops at Airport Center as well as the Westway Ford car dealership. The redesign has been completed and the demolition is in progress. The remodeled building will consist of approximately 80,000 square feet of leasable retail space. We anticipate the remodeling to be complete by the fall of 2007.

 General Contractor news (commercial):

 The construction of our Bardin Crossing retail shopping center project in Arlington, Texas, is progressing despite some weather delays. The project consists of a total of three shopping center buildings for a total of 20,240 square feet of retail space. The retail buildings are framed and we expect the roofing, the masonry, and the storefronts to be installed in the near future.
