A & L is always open to consider investment opportunities in the real estate sector. We are prepared to primarily invest in real estate projects in Texas and California . However, we will entertain project opportunities in other states and abroad as well.

In 2003, A & L invested in nine projects totaling $35 million. In 2004, we experienced substantial investment growth attracting international investors. We anticipate that A & L will grow into one of the top Design-Build investment companies within the next five years. Our profit return rate exceeded 15 % last year.

We are prepared to undertake both short term and long term investments. If you would like to have a competent and experienced partner for your real estate project, we are willing to listen and consider your project. You do not have to invest all of your funds in your project. With only 10-20 % of your funds, we are willing to invest in real estate projects valued up to $30 million. We also offer opportunities for joint venture partnerships, if you require a greater amount of financial assistance for your real estate project. We further offer silent partnerships, if you prefer for us to take the leadership in developing and completing your real estate project.
